My family loves mexican food. I am so glad we live back in Texas becuase we sure missed good mexican food while we lived up in Utah. I have lots of friends who are pretty much expert mexican food fixers, and they have taught me a thing or two. Tonight's meal consisted of mostly home made things prepared by me. I ended up using a packaged mexican rice instead of making it, but maybe next time....
