This is a lovely home. We moved out of state and left the home to a management company who have let it run into the ground. We will take $200 off the first month's rent if you can get the lawn nice again. The home has to be rented(upstairs and downstairs) by separate tenants/families that are related(siblings, cousins, etc) for it to be legal. It is a wonderful neighborhood and ward. It is just around the corner from the football stadium and the Temple. Since we are living out of state, please call only if serious and we will set up an appointment for you to see the home.
