Hi Eldredge family,
I live in Utah and I am looking to rent a house. I was confused about your description. Does the basement have a separate kitchen and entrance?
And is it 800 for the whole house? Is it 2 bedrooms upstairs 1 bedroom downstairs?
the upstairs and downstairs are two separate apt's in one home. 3 bedrooms up and down. We have to rent out both apt's, but it has to be to a related fam(your fam and then your sisters' family, or your cousins family) that sort of thing. If still interested please call
