our home for rent
This is a lovely home. We moved out of state and left the home to a management company who have let it run into the ground. We will take $200 off the first month's rent if you can get the lawn nice again. The home has to be rented(upstairs and downstairs) by separate tenants/families that are related(siblings, cousins, etc) for it to be legal. It is a wonderful neighborhood and ward. It is just around the corner from the football stadium and the Temple. Since we are living out of state, please call only if serious and we will set up an appointment for you to see the home. I have lots of great pics, so please email me to see them

Okay, it has been toooooooooo long! I guess my life has been a little busy, but I don't see it getting any less busy any time soon, so I might as well make myself write. I have been saving up my pics to share, but just haven't made myself sit down to put them on my blog. So hopefully soon(cause I am not doing it tonight), I will have some updated pics of my cute little fam.
But let me fill you in on the past few months. . .
In May I was able to go to Prom. I guess I am a lucky girl, cause I got to go to three proms while I was in high school, and now as an adult, I got to get all dressed up and pretty and go again. It was a Prom for the 16-18 year olds from church. It was sooooo much fun, and I just love getting to be with these kids. They bring such a great smile to my face, and then to see them all beautiful and handsome, was so great.
June held a few busy weeks for me. I went to Girl's camp. It was a week without tv, computer, kids, hubby, and air conditioning. It was sooo much fun. It was a great combo of fun and spirituality for our teenage girls in my church. They are such great, sweet teenagers!
The following week in June I went to a youth conference for ages 14-18. Again, I cannot say too much how impressed I am with the youth of today. If only people would give them a chance and try to get to know them, they would be so impressed with what good people they are. I am so blessed and lucky to call them my friends. I love them all sooooo much!
So we are now in July. Tomorrow is my 9 year anniversary. I am not sure what we will do, if anything. We are finally getting our own place!!!!(yay) We have been at my parent's place for a little over a year now, and our home in Utah has not sold. We finally just said we needed to move out before the school year started, or we could end up here for another year. Then a week ago we got a phone call about this place we could rent for way cheap. It is an older couple who have left the home vacant for 2 years and are willing to rent it to us really cheap in exchange for us doing handy work around the home. This is a great opportunity for us since we need a place, and a cheap one, plus we love doing handy work and have some experience, but are looking forward to gaining some new experience. So I imagine for my anniversary tomorrow, we will be painting. But we are all good with that cause that means we are that much closer to being in our own place again!
